Orders

 Why was my order cancelled?

Orders may occasionally be cancelled due to inventory limitations, payment verification issues, or system errors. Caribbean Escape Home reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or involves unauthorized use of promotional codes.

If your order was cancelled, you will receive an email notification and any payment will be refunded to your original payment method.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders begin processing quickly, so changes or cancellations are not always possible.

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at help@caribbeanescapehome.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Do you offer promotions or special offers?

Yes. Caribbean Escape Home occasionally offers seasonal promotions, new collection launches, and exclusive discounts.

Shipping & Delivery

Where are your products shipped from?

Our tropical home décor items ship from trusted U.S. fulfillment center to ensure reliable service and quality delivery. Estimated delivery times will always be displayed at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery within the United States usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Caribbean Escape Home ships within the United States only. We hope to expand our island-inspired décor to international customers soon.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping notification.

If you cannot locate your tracking email or need assistance, please contact our customer service team at help@caribbeanescapehome.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot locate it, feel free to contact us at help@caribbeanescapehome.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not process exchanges.

If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

NOTE: a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be applied on all returns.

What is your return policy?

Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund:

  •         Items must be unused
  •          Items must be in original packaging
  •          Items must be returned in the same condition they were received

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We want your piece of paradise to arrive in perfect condition.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  •          Photos of the product
  •         A short video showing the damage
  •         Your order number

After review, we will send a replacement or issue a refund if the item is unavailable. Caribbean Escape Home covers shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
