1. My Order was cancelled.
Orders may be cancelled for a variety of reasons including lack of inventory or system error. Caribbean Escape Home Decor reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of promotional codes or merchandise.
2. Where are your products shipped from?
Most of our tropical home decor items are shipped directly from trusted U.S.-based suppliers to ensure faster delivery and quality service. Some specialty items may ship from international partners — estimated delivery times will always be clearly stated at checkout.
3. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing usually takes 7–10 business days, and delivery within the U.S. typically takes 7–14 business days. Shipping method does not include processing time. Shipping time will depend on customer location. Once an order is processed, the customer will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our island-inspired vibes globally soon!
5. Can I exchange an item?
We currently are unable to process exchanges. Instead, please return the item you no longer want for a refund and reorder the correct item. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. Returns must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. BEFORE shipping us back your Merchandise, items MUST be in original package and unused, undamaged.
6. Can I return an item?
Item(s) are eligible for a refund within 7 days of package delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Caribbean Escape Home reserves the right to decline returns of item(s) that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer or not made within the 7-day period. The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) do/does not suit their needs and/or likes (ordered by mistake, size/fitting needs, color/quality preference, etc.). All items must be returned in their original packaging. Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be applied on all returns. If you would like to make a return, please email Customer Service help@caribbeanescapehome.com to verify item return eligibility. Include reason for return, order number, and product description. 7. What if my item arrives damaged?
Oh no — we want your piece of paradise to arrive in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). Caribbean Escape Home requires customers to send pictures and videos of the damaged products along with your order number to be evaluated by our team at help@caribbeanescapehome.com. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted. Caribbean Escape Home will cover replacement shipping costs for item that arrives in damaged or defective conditions. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any damaged item(s) before we issue a refund (given it is in stock)

Our collections are curated with care, inspired by the vibrant energy of the Caribbean — from tropical leaves to woven textures. We partner with artisans and designers who share our love for island elegance and earthy luxury.
