Order Processing

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking has been issued, the package has left our warehouse.


Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts are applied).

For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.


Delivery Time

Shipping time varies depending on the customer’s location and selected shipping method.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Caribbean Escape Home is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • High-volume seasons
  • Natural disasters
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Customer Information Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information (name, address, phone number, and email) is accurate at checkout.

Caribbean Escape Home is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address:

  • A 15% restocking fee will apply
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Additional shipping fees will be required to reship the package
  • Free shipping orders will still require a reshipment fee

Refunds will be issued minus applicable shipping costs and restocking fees once the item is returned and inspected.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address entered at checkout, Caribbean Escape Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. File a claim with the carrier

Most carriers photograph deliveries when possible. Please refer to the carrier’s website to begin a claim.

Caribbean Escape Home observes the following holidays. Orders will ship the next business day following these dates:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth National Independence Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Black Friday
  • Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day (December 24 – January 1)

Orders placed between December 24 and January 1 will begin shipping on January 2.
