Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours may be denied or subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on order processing status.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery confirmation.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) must be unused
  • Item(s) must be in original condition
  • Item(s) must be in original packaging
  • Packing slip must be included

Caribbean Escape Home reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or are submitted after the 14-day return window.


Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email help@caribbeanescapehome.com
  • Include your order number
  • Provide clear photos and videos of the issue

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • We may send a replacement (if in stock) before issuing a refund
  • We will cover replacement shipping costs

We reserve the right to determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed only after returned items are received and inspected at our warehouse.

Please allow:

  • Up to 14 business days for inspection and processing
  • 5–8 business days for credit card refunds
  • 1–3 business days for PayPal refunds

Processing times depend on your financial institution.

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment only.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order

Clearance & Final Sale Items

All items marked Final Sale or Clearance are non-returnable and non-refundable.

No exceptions.


Delivery & Lost Packages

Once an order has shipped and is in the possession of the carrier, Caribbean Escape Home is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier delays

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

If delays occur due to carrier issues, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, we are not responsible for monetary compensation related to delivery timing.

NOTE: Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, Caribbean Escape Home is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
