RETURN POLICY
Please note, order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to denial, or a 15% restocking fee. To cancel your order, please email help@caribbeanescapehome.
Returnable Merchandise
- Item(s) are eligible for a refund within 15 days of package delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging in order to obtain a full refund. Caribbean Escape Home reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of item(s) that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer or not made within the 15-day period.
- The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) do/does not suit their needs and/or likes (ordered by mistake, size/fitting needs, color/quality preference, etc.). Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s). Caribbean Escape Home requires customers to send pictures and videos of the damaged products along with your order number to be evaluated by our team at help@caribbeanescapehome.
com . All claims must be made within 15 days of delivery. Any claims made after 15 days will not be accepted. Caribbean Escape home will cover replacement shipping costs for item that arrives in damaged or defective conditions. We reserve the right to send a replacement for any damaged item(s) before we issue a refund. - If you would like to make a return, please email Customer Service at help@caribbeanescapehome.
com to verify item return eligibility. Include reason for return, order number, and product description. NOTE: a restocking fee of 15% of the order total will be applied on all returns and all orders needs to be returned securely in the original package with the packing slip. Refunds will be processed when the item(s) has been received to our warehouse and inspected. Please allow up to 14 days for your credit to process to your original form of payment. Refunds for credit card payments take 5-8 business days and refunds for PayPal payments take between 1-3 business days. Please note that the processing time depends on your bank and PayPal.
Clearance Merchandise
All sales are final on Clearance Merchandise.
Delivery of Goods
- Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.
